Our Business: We pride ourselves on delivering superior products and services to all of Lake County and surrounding areas.
Our business focus has always been on the retail customer. We do not focus on the wholesale market. When you come to RVG you will be treated like a large customer because you are. You are the backbone of our business and will be treated as such.
Our environmental pledge: We take great pride in our recycling efforts. Every end cut, piece of scrap, down to the bits of saw dust are gathered up and recycled. That recycled material is then turned into the very mulch that we sell back to our customers. We do not cut trees down to make our firewood. All of that firewood was made from trees that had to be removed for other reasons. Our Compost and the main ingredient for our super soil comes from recycled yard waste, most likely collected from your very own homes.
Kiln Dried Northwood, Cherry, Hickory, Birch: These woods come from managed forests in Northern Wisconsin. Typically, sections of forests are cleared off and replanted. This helps prevent forest fires. Also, a great renewable resource.
